Your returned orders are accepted only within 7 days of the order. We do not accept products with disturbed and damaged packaging.

Owners of the website reserve the right to cancel any order. We would not be responsible for making any explanation for our decision. According to our refund policy, we will refund the total cost of the canceled product.

Customers can cancel their orders if the website has not started processing the order. You can find out your order in the list of confirmed orders to cancel the order.

Please note down that we would not undo the canceled orders in any circumstances.

The process of refunding will be started at once after we get the product back. It is possible you get the refunded amount within 12 to 15 days.

A wallet refund is transferred within a couple of minutes whereas an NEFT refund is supposed to take 5 days to one full week. Payment Gateway refund process takes nearly 5 to 7 working days.
